Ms. Hollander earned her J.D. Degree from Nova Law School in 1989. Ms. Hollander soon joined the firm of Haley, Sinagra and Perez, running their collection division for the South East United States. After years of resolving thousands of cases, Ms. Hollander was hired at the firm of Kaye & Roger to develop and successfully run their litigation and collection divisions. After starting her own firm, Rhonda Hollander, P.A. in 1994, Ms. Hollander has spent years litigating many cases including a jury trial against a national pest control company on four counts including fraud and deceptive trade practices, (which she won). After years of dedicated work and using her own personal style, Ms. Hollander believed that she could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues. Since then, Ms. Hollander has represented numerous Associations, Corporations, and individual clients in State and Federal Courts and Mediations. Hollander, Goode & Lopez, PLLC has allowed Ms. Hollander to fully realize her passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection. Ms. Hollander is actively teaching courses to attorneys, the public and to her clients to educate people and assist them in making informed decisions. She has also participated in many professional organizations including Chairing the Alternate Dispute Resolution division of the Broward County Bar Association, participating on the Executive Board of the Stephen R. Mr. Goode graduated with honors from the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree and Masters of Accounting, specializing in U.S. Taxation. Matt received his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law School in 2010, graduating Magna Cum Laude. After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2010, Matt joined Rhonda Hollander, P.A. as an Associate Attorney. Mr. Goode, represents clients in Association work, general civil litigation matters, community association foreclosures and collections, family law, and contract negotiations and disputes. Matt is currently teaching as a recognized DBPR certified teacher for the Association Board Member Certification Course; legislative updates; tenant screening courses; fighting your way through foreclosures and all certified courses approved by the DBPR and taught by HGL.
Carlos graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree from the Shepard Broad Law School at Nova Southeastern University in 2010. After being admitted to the Florida Bar, he began practicing with the West Palm Beach Public Defenders office gaining tremendous trial experience in the criminal arena. He broadened his area of expertise by focusing on civil litigation practicing foreclosure defense, association litigation, business and contract litigation while still engaging in criminal defense. Carlos is a member of the Florida State Bar and U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida Federal Bar.
